At Gingham & Heels, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for store credit or exchanges on all full-priced items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Select whether you would like to receive a store credit for a future purchase or choose a different size or style via our instant exchange option.

  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label before dropping the parcel off at your nearest post office or authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Processing

  Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
